The two columns

Take one thing from this week that is still bothering you. Put what a camera would have recorded on the left. Put everything else on the right.

Nothing you write here is sent anywhere or saved. The page renders your two columns and forgets them.

Why the left column is so short

Because almost nothing happens. A text goes unanswered. A colleague looks at their phone during your slide. Someone says "fine" in a particular tone. The event is a few words long. The meaning arrives faster than thought, so it does not feel authored; it feels observed, like noticing a room is cold. Once you can see which half of your certainty is footage and which half you supplied, you get a choice you did not have while they were fused.

What to do with the right column

Nothing, yet. Do not argue with it or replace it with a kinder story. Just notice that it is yours. The people who get the most from this do it three or four times in a week on different things, until the moment of adding meaning becomes something they can feel happening. That moment is what session one is built to catch.
